专利摘要:
Two superimposed product formations wound upon a winding core in the form of a primary product package are conjointly unwound therefrom. The product formations are separated from each other at a branching or branch location. The first product formation is immediately removed by means of a conveyor belt arrangement. The second product formation is supplied to an intermediate winding core to be wound-up thereon so as to form an intermediate product package. After emptying the primary product package the second product formation is unwound from the intermediate winding core and supplied to the conveyor belt arrangement via a deflecting roller. By means of the conveyor belt arrangement the second product formation is also consecutively removed following the previously removed first product formation. During unwinding of the intermediate product package from the intermediate winding core the empty winding core for the primary product package may be replaced by a new core containing a full primary product package without interruption in the removal of the printed products.

one
The invention relates to the printing industry and can be used for printed products of cascade formations.
The purpose of the invention is to increase labor productivity.
FIG. 1 and 2 are schematic diagrams of the proposed device in different working phases.
The method of removing flat items from a roll consists in winding two formations 1 and 2, in particular cascade ones, and transporting them. Both formations 1 and 2 are wound from core 3 at a time, one of formations 1 is diverted from the second 2 and the last is wound onto an intermediate core 4, from which it is wound, following the first, by a formation.
Formations 1 and 2 are wound from core 3 by stretching the separating layer 5 wound between the two formations.
The device for removing the LII products, mainly printed products 6, in particular in two cascade formations 1 and 2, contains a distributor 3 for the roll 7 of formations 1 and 2, a winding mechanism including means for pulling the separating layer 5, made in the form of a sheath 8, on which this layer 5 is wound and a diverting means for coiled formations, made in the form of two branches 9 and 10 for separating formations 1 and 2, the latter of which is equipped with an intermediate core connected to a reversible drive while free con The interlayer of the interlayer 5 is connected with an intermediate core 4, under which the pressing element 12 is installed.
I The device works as follows.
By means of an actuator (not shown), the reel 13 of the tape 14 of the roll is driven, by 7. Due to this, the slightly braked core 3 of the roll 7 rotates in the direction of arrow A. The coiled formations 1 and 2 fall on the rocker arms 15 with the conveyor belt 16 to where formations I and 2 are separated from each other. The second stage of the cadre formation 2 falls from the location 17 of the branching along the belt conveyor 18 and the pressing element for 12 s. entoch; -: nd transport

rum 19 to the core U of the intermediate roll I1, which is driven in rotation in the direction of arrow B and wound on the core 4 into the intermediate roll 1 1. Separate pyitoH layers are separated from each other by a separating layer 5 wound together with them. Since coil 8 for layer 5 is slightly slowed down, layer 5 is wound under tension (phi1. 1). Element 12c ribbon (m conveyor 19 is pressed against the intermediate roll 11. Next, the printed products 6 of the second formation 2 are wound from the main roll 7, moving forward with their open side, and in this position are wound on the core 4 of the intermediate roll 11.
After being rolled out from the main roll 7, the pressing member 12 with the belt conveyor 19 is switched so that a connection is made between the intermediate roll 11 and the guide roller 20 (Fig. 2). Immediately thereafter, the printed products 6 are wound from the intermediate roll 11. For this purpose, the coil 8 for the interlayer 5 is actuated, which results in the latter being pulled out of the intermediate roll 1. In this case, the slightly braked core 4 of the roll 11 rotates in the direction of the creeper B. Wound printed products 6 fall on the clamping element 12 with the ribbon -. the conveyor belt 19 to the guide slot between the guide roller 20 and the pressure belt 21 and are deflected by 180 °. The printed products 6 leaving the guide slot fall onto the belt conveyor 22, with which they are retracted in the direction of the arrow G. Walking ahead of the edge of the printed products 11 wound up from the intermediate roll & represent the edge of the fold.
Thus, after being deflected by means of a guide roller 20, articles 6 in a cascade flow have the same position as the previously withdrawn articles 6 of the first formation 1,
The second formation 2 can be retracted in the manner described with little or no skips beyond the first format-1 through the belt conveyor 22.
5 during the coiling time of the second f) rmatio 2 s. the intermediate roll P can be replaced by an empty drive 23 with a new roll. As soon as the core 4 for the intermediate roll 1 1 is released, the product can be removed from the new roll in the manner described. This means that, despite the need to change the drives, an almost continuous stream of products can be diverted.
It is possible to process in the described manner a roll in which both formations do not lie on top of each other, but are wound on the core 3 of the roll 7, located next to each other. In this case, the withdrawal should accordingly occur differently than shown.
Both formations of products can also be nested into each other in such a way that, in the wound structure of the product, both formations are arranged alternately. When coiling products in place 17 of the fork, devices should be provided to again separate the formations nested in each other.
Other flat products, such as sheets of paper, bags, and the like, can also be processed in this manner. However, it is not necessary for the articles to form a cascade formation. Each formation may consist instead of several separate products from a single longitudinal tape of material, for example a paper tape.
